Novato sits about 20 minutes south of our Rohnert Park shop down Highway 101, so we cross into Marin for fixture work here all the time. The ranch homes built through the 1960s and 70s around Loma Verde and Indian Valley are on their second or third set of faucets, and the original disposals and toilets in these houses are worn out. Novato carries some Russian River water and runs on the harder side, so scale builds up in faucet cartridges and aerators and starts the drips.
