Gas Line Repair in Santa Rosa, CA

Santa Rosa is a quick run up Highway 101 from our Rohnert Park shop, and gas work keeps us busy across the whole city. The older homes near Railroad Square still carry undersized black iron pipe from the early 1900s that struggles to feed a modern gas range or a tankless heater, so we upsize the line and pull the permit. Out in the Fountaingrove streets rebuilt after the 2017 Tubbs Fire the gas is newer, but plenty of 1960s tract homes through Rincon Valley and Bennett Valley are converting from electric to gas and need a fresh run to the kitchen or dryer. Since this is earthquake country, we also set a seismic gas shutoff valve at the meter so a big shake closes the supply on its own. Every gas job is done to code and inspected.
